Benchmade Presidio II Folding Knife with Smooth Black Blade, 95 mm blade length, black carbon fiber handle

The Folding Blade Knives, also known as pocket knives, are the favorite accessories of hikers. Equipped with a sharp and pointed blade, they can overcome all obstacles, even the toughest branches. This type of knife is characterized by a folding structure where the blade fits into the handle. It can thus be unfolded thanks to an opening mechanism that can be specific to each model. The most common remains the nail nick, a notch placed on the blade. There is also the thumb stud, a small button that allows easy deployment.
Folding blade knives come in a wide range of models, and the pocket knife is part of this category. They stand out due to their hollow handle with double ends where the blade fits. In terms of design, the handle of folding blade knives can be made of wood or synthetic material.
