The Boker Damascus Black kitchen knife range combines traditional Japanese handles in black plywood with extremely sharp blades made of 37-layer stainless Damascus steel, characterized by a magnificent grain pattern. The core of the Damascus blade, highly resistant, is made of VG-10 steel, a high-performance steel. The remarkable sharpness when cutting makes cooking breathtaking and transforms meal preparation into a true experience. The Japanese design of the knife handle, combined with matte stainless steel collars, gives this series a special character. Not only starred chefs, but also many demanding amateur cooks trust Japanese kitchen knives. The advantages of knives with Japanese handles and traditional blade construction with push tang and stainless steel ferrule are obvious, as they allow cutting delicate foods without crushing or bruising them.
